Shipping and Delivery

When do we ship?
Orders placed Monday-Friday, before 1pm EST, will ship the same day, when in stock.  Orders placed Monday-Friday after 2pm EST will ship the next business day.  Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will ship on Monday.

When will your order arrive?
Your product will arrive in 2-7 business days.

How do you ship?
Packages will ship via United States Postal Service or UPS based on package weight.  All packages sent to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO will ship via United States Postal Service.

What are the shipping costs for my domestic shipment?
Shipping costs are $8.95 or free over $85.  Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, US Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico is $14.95.

Can you get your order faster?
You can choose UPS 2-day or 3-day to get your order faster.  You will be responsible for the extra charges.  If you have a PO Box, APO or FPO, you can choose USPS Priority Mail.  Again you will be responsible for the extra shipping charges.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, we do.  Please see our policy on International Shipping.

Can I ship to an address other than my own?
Yes, you can.  If ordering online, you will have the option of entering a separate shipping address.  If ordering over the phone, you can let the customer service associate know that you want to ship your order to a different location.

Do your probiotic products ship refrigerated?
Yes, they do.  There is an additional $3.50 handling fee applied.

I am placing an order, but one or more of the items is on backorder.  When will I receive my order?
If any part of your order is on backorder, we will hold the entire order until all items are in stock.  If you wish, you do have the option of splitting your order so that the in-stock items will ship automatically and the backordered item/items will ship when they arrive.  Please note that you will be charged standard shipping charges on each shipment.  If you would like to split your order, please let the customer service associate know or if you are placing your order online, you will have the option at check-out.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, and PayPal. 

Is there tax charged on my order?
In the state of Florida, you will be charged that state’s sales tax on all products.

What currency are your prices listed?
All prices are in US Dollars.

Placing An Order

Can I place an order over the phone?
You can place an order over the phone by calling 1-877-ev4U-NOW (1-877-384-8669).

I placed an order, and would like to cancel it.  How do I do this?
You may cancel your order within thirty (30) minutes of the time you placed the order by calling 1-877-ev4U-NOW (1-877-384-8669).

I am placing an order, but one or more of the items is on backorder.  When will I receive my order?

Returns and Problems With An Order

I received my order, but an item is missing.  What do I do?
At eVitamins4U.com, we try to ensure that 100% of the orders are complete and perfect.  If you are missing an item, we apologize.  Please give us a call at 1-877-384-8669 or send us an email at contact@eVitamins4U.com, and we will rectify the situation as soon as possible.

My order arrived and contains a damaged product.  What do I do?
Please call us at 1-877-384-8669 or send us an email at contact@eVitamins4U.com.  Please include your order/invoice number and explain the situation.  Examples of damaged items are broken glass, cracked plastic bottles, safety seal removed or torn off, and bottles leaking.  Dented bottles or packages are most often not considered damaged because this does not take away form the safety or potency of the product inside.

I returned my product and still haven’t received a credit.  When will I receive my credit?
You will see the credit on your credit card approximately 14-21 days after you send the product back to us.
